Every year, I find myself looking back through the images I’ve made. Not just to reflect on the light and color, but on the moments of connection each photo represents.
2022 was filled with early mornings, moments of awe, and quiet reflections in wild places.
As a landscape photographer deeply rooted in seasonal rhythms, each of these images is a marker of the Wheel turning.
Some scenes unfolded during golden hour hikes or roadside pull-offs I didn’t expect. Others came from intentional journeys.
These are my favorite images from 2022. Each one holds a story and a season. I hope they bring you the same sense of wonder they gave me behind the lens.

Conclusion
Looking back at these landscapes pictures reminds me why I fell in love with photography in the first place. It’s not just about chasing light or nailing the composition. It’s about being present. About the feeling of being there.
As we move forward, I’m already dreaming of the moments to come—the trails, the golden light. Here’s to more meaningful captures in the year ahead.
