Licensing

Hey there; thanks for stopping by. These photos are more than pixels to me; they’re places I’ve wandered through and felt deeply connected to. So yes, using them without permission? That’s a no-go (and a costly one, too).

Penalty for Unauthorized Use

I believe in the spirit behind sharing these images and I hope you do too. But just so it’s clear: using any image without a license triggers a $10,000 per image, per day penalty. That’s in addition to any applicable legal damages.

To be clear: U.S. law already allows for statutory damages ranging from $750 to $30,000 per work, and up to $150,000 if it’s willful. My $10K/day figure is a deterrent and a reminder that using these images without permission is taken seriously.

How to License

  1. Reach out and let me know which photo(s) you’re interested in and how you’d like to use them.
  2. I’ll respond with a simple quote tailored to your needs (as in the table and adjusted if needed).
  3. Secure your rights, and we’ll both feel good about the exchange.

Why This Matters

I treat landscape photography like a spiritual act; every image is an echo of ancient rhythms, quiet places that foster awe and gratitude. Sharing them is a gift, but I hope that sharing comes with respect and intention. Licensing is a way to honor that intention—and also keep this creative journey sustainable so I can keep exploring and posting.
